Dear guests, Welcome to the romantic chateau Štekl Hotel, placed amidst the beautiful and historically rich scenery of South Bohemia, close to the chateau of Hluboká, one of the most frequently visited chateaux in the Czech Republic.

The last rebuilding of the chateau in the years 1841-1871 started along with the history of the main building. The original building, called Stöckl was built in the same style, and it adjoined the kennels and horse stables, and served as the administrative building of the chateau of Hluboká. Until 1989 Stöckl served as a residential building.

Nowadays the Štekl Hotel is exceptional in many a respect: its position, history and the sensitive combination of professional services with a friendly home atmosphere.
